3 Penny Publishing was founded in 2010 in Victoria BC. We aim to:
- Publish books, booklets, and ebooks on practical or fun topics;
- Encourage writing, self-publishing and creativity;
- Share self-publishing resources online and via writers’ workshops
- Use publishing to create a more livable world.
